How to set up a quality Bagger Audio system
Adding a stereo system to your motorbike can open you to a new world of fun with baggers. Nothing is stopping you from making a fun addition to your baggers.
Here is a list of parts you will need to set up a fully working bagger audio system:
Lids
Look for a complete tour pack to help convert your older bike to fit in line with contemporary taste. Only purchase lids that will fit your speaker lids, and do not forget to include a back seat pan, which is usually sold separately.
Grills
There are different types of grills to choose from, like Slick Rick. Theseare speaker grills with silver or black-colored wire mesh designed to fit specific inch speakers. Ensure that you only purchase grills where the speaker has room underneath the grill to move freely without limiting the speaker’s travel and hampering the sound. Other types of grills include superflow, pimp daddy, and get crunk.
Bag seals
If you want to give your audio enough bass, ensure that you purchase bag seals. The best quality bag lid seals are designed to work on the top of any bag. They are usually sold in pairs or separately. It should also include a fiberglass bag seal, bulkhead mounting Deutsch connectors (both male and female connectors), and trunk liner carpet kit.
Speakers
Good speakers are essential for a quality audio system. High-quality Harley Davidson Speakers can transform electrical signals into a sound more accurately than poorly designed solutions. You can tour packs, with speakers inclusive to fit your motorcycle. Also, ensure that you buy grills and lids to fit your speaker to minimize damage. A great upgrade you can make to your motorcycle audio system is to add more speakers.
Tweeters/horns
Purchase high-quality tweeters or horns for your audio system. If you are purchasing a tour pack, note that all holes come pre-drilled except for the horn holes. This is because people like to utilize the different sizes of horns.
Subwoofers
Your option to purchase a good-quality subwoofer is determined by labor cost.
You can get one bag with two 8 inch sub-locations or both bags with two 8 inch sub-locations. There are also 10 Inch Options depending on which fits your audio system.
A good quality subwoofer is developed with a primary goal: to deliver high output in tight spaces. It also allows you to keep your stock bag bars.
Amplifiers
Look for top-quality amplifiers that bring the latest technology in a compact design with the highest quality components. Upgrading your motorcycle with a high-power, and high-efficiency amplifier is the only way to make your music loud enough to drown out wind and exhaust noise. Look for a product that is designed with the exclusive RTGP system (Thermal Recovery for power generation), assuring both greater thermal efficiency and robustness with higher stability.
If you enjoy wind therapy, you want to make sure your bike has a top-quality audio system. Do not overlook any of these important parts.
